Three restaurants – “Kamelia Café”, “Rivage” and “BAO” (Ginza Project) – offer international dishes of European, pan-Asian, and signature cuisine. In summer the hotel offers bars by the pool and on the beach, entertainment programs, themed evenings with an open kitchen on the terraces of restaurants, and cooking classes.

Kamelia Café

Kamelia Café is a buffet offering a variety of dishes prepared from local seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our chefs use only the finest ingredients. A unique Live Kitchen concept of the restaurant provides for your special ambiance. Why not start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee on the outdoor terrace? The cost of meals during breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet system for children: staying in the hotel: from 0 to 6 years – free of charge; from 7 to 12 years – 50% of the cost for an adult. not residing in the hotel: from 0 to 3 years – free of charge, provided that parents eat in the restaurant; from 3 full years to 12 years – 50 % of the cost for an adult.

BAO

This is the only Ginza project restaurant in Sochi and is located on the top floor of the main historical building of Swissôtel Resort Sochi Kamelia. The restaurant in a unique modern Pan-Asian style provides a breathtaking view of the evergreen park and the endless Black sea. This place offers an exquisite menu representing wide cuisine geography – from Japan to Thailand, carefully selected products, the skill of chef Andrey Tsoy and his team, a wide map of spirits, wines and cocktails. BAO is a new attraction in Sochi. Here we speak the language of fine dining.

The signature confectionery Swiss Gourmet is based on the secrets of Swiss chocolatiers, the highest standards of Soviet gastronomy and the impeccable quality of ingredients. The menu of the confectionery includes European chefs’ special cakes, desserts in glasses, handmade sweets made of Swiss chocolate, and Soviet cakes. The confectionery is located on Kurortny Prospekt at the entrance of Swissôtel Resort Sochi Kamelia and is open to both hotel guests and all residents of the city and vacationers.

Pool Bar

Enjoy a wonderful summer vacation in the open air with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. Light snacks, refreshing and soft drinks are what will allow you to relax by the pool as much as you wish. Phoenix Bar

Sea vacation starts with the beach. Take a break from the hot sun during the day and soak in the views of the southern sunset in the evening at the cozy beach bar Phoenix. The bar’s name has a history. It was popular among both hotel guests and locals back in the prime of Intourist (60s-70s of the last century). Years later in 2015 the hotel was restored and became Swissôtel Resort Sochi Kamelia, the management decided to pay tribute to the history and reive the Phoenix, thereby fully justifying its name. The bar is only open during the summer period.

On hot summer days, the Snack Bar offers refreshing lemonades, milkshakes, cool beer, or energizing tea of your choice. Wholegrain sandwiches will be a great snack and for dessert, we have soft-serve ice cream and fruit. And all this you can take with you, so as not to lose a moment of bliss on our beach!
